In a bid to compete for the Ghana Premier League title, Hearts of Oak have registered midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen for the second round following his return from injury.The Phobians are gearing up for the final hurdle of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign, making key additions to their squad.The 26-year-old, once considered as one of the best defensive midfielders in the local scene has struggled with injuries since joining the Phobians from Vision FC. He missed the first half of the campaign due to an injury setback.Before his injury, Nurudeen was a key player in the Hearts of Oak midfield, contributing significantly to the team's successes in both the 2022 President's Cup and FA Cup.Nurudeenâs wealth of experience is expected to strengthen the midfield of Hearts of Oak in the second half of the campaign as the team chase the top-flight title.Having being registered, Nurudeen hopes to regain his important role and help the team in their quest to annex the title at the end of the campaign.Hearts of Oak will travel to face Basake Holy Stars, who stunned the Premier League giants in opener at the Accra Sports Stadium.
